JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis with solid domain knowledge in Retail Lending area
- Platform experience Encompass product knowledge from Ellie Mae, D+H DecisionPro, LaserPro from Finastra.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Extremely good at understanding business needs, converting them into requirement documents
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross functional team members and management
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, developing and implementing solutions
- Performing requirements analysis
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Working closely with business teams, clients, technical team and managerial staff
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
