Job Description:
Responsibilities will include:
• Analyzes the business needs and assess feasibility for enhancements to existing application or building new applications
• Elicit and document business and functional requirements
• Conduct JAD sessions and interviews with business stakeholders
• Generate process/data flow diagrams, use cases, user guides, and QRCs
• Collaborate and Liaise with Development, Business, Quality Assurance teams & User Acceptance Testing groups
• Incident Management of KYC incidents
Required Skills
• Have strong domain knowledge of KYC / AML
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Professional functional specification, use case, process flow diagram and product documentation writing skills - Experience working in Agile and Waterfall projects
• Experience in designing user Interface mock-ups - Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management capabilities - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong and proven problem solving skills - Excellent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) –
