Rate : DOE $/hr on W2
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD preferred.
The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing.
Strong Skill to collect business requirements for software applications/ systems/ SharePoint custom applications and develop detailed requirement documents.
Strong ability to understand the business process and develop the technical requirements/ specifications for the use of application architecture and programmer to develop technical solutions.
Strong ability to collect the business requirements for business reports translate them into a formal requirement document, coordinate with application developers programmers and get those reports developed.
Must have strong skill/ experience coordinating and facilitating application demo sessions, obtain the feedback and get the necessary enhancements implemented.
The candidate must have the ability to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed. Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team. Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
Successful candidates will have a quality assurance background, and is expected to help plan, and facilitate user acceptance test sessions as part of a systems redesign project. Must have the ability to learn overall system processes and identify process-related issues.
The candidate must have experience with identifying training requirements and performance support. Must be able to schedule and conduct training sessions. The candidate must have experience with online and instructor led training course development.
