- Experience working with SAP CRM or other CRM products
- Gather requirements and document them in User Stories
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to write and use SQL
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Identify Data Issues
- Make recommendations to the data management team and drive the creation of functional specifications, system and user acceptance test plans and specific test cases.
