- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner role
- Project Management or Agile related certification desired
- Experience working on a project or multiple projects with many stakeholders and competing priorities initiatives
- Experience leading other owners in an Agile fashion
- Offshore managing team experience is mandatory.
- Experience in a fast pace environment with established commitments and expected results
- Excellent organization skills with a self-starter mentality and resourceful in solving problems to ensure teams have what they need to deliver
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Any experience in building specific product or solutions in the following areas is desired, but not required:
- Enterprise Web Applications, Platform Solutions, Solutions, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation
