About the Job
Overview:
The Business Analyst / Process Specialist evaluates existing business processes, projects and/or initiatives; recommends business improvement opportunities. Supports definition, development, and implementation of business process improvement projects and initiatives of low complexity. Projects are low risk and narrow in scope in support of larger business initiatives. Assists with resolution of business process issues. Works under general supervision.
Duties:
- Manage inquires that come in through a centralized tool
- Complete training requests in learning management system (examples include creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment)
- Assist in creation of team presentations and communications (PPT, video, etc.).
- Support in creating marketing materials to promote training opportunities
- Support continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources
- Present information to dealers in small groups
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Experiences:
- 1-3 years of Administrative or Accountant support experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Responsive to quick turnarounds
- Intermediate level with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- BA- Business management/Accounting/ related field
