- Responsible for stocking the product backlog by identifying and prioritizing user stories based on business value.
- Will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the product backlog contains all the necessary features and requirements needed to meet the customer's needs.
- Responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements to deliver significant business outcomes.
- Works with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and works closely with the development team to refine the requirements into actionable specifications.
- Influences stakeholder strategy, and understands the needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
- Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
- Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications; assists with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design.
- Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.

- Prepares for and leads in Agile train planning quarterly events
- Works closely with Agile Scrum partners and Product Owners
Desired Skills
- Experience with Product Owner or Technology requirement gathering and requirements writing experience.
- Experienced in agile processes and tools like Jira, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Team player to help achieve common goals.
