Additionally, you will exhibit strategic vision, thoughtful engagement, strong analytical/process skills, a bias for action, and the ability to partner with senior operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst – ISO Compliance
- 10 + years of Insurance experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Insurance policy and claims system experienced.
- Must have an experience on US Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory
Reporting etc.
- Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills.
- Good knowledge on SQL database to analyse policy and claims data.
- Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation.
- Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.
- Identify and analyse data discrepancies and data quality issues.
- Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
