As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technology-friendly language, and ensure successful implementation. You will also support user acceptance testing (UAT) within an agile scrum process, with a focus on investments technology solutions related to asset management. This role is ideal for a candidate with significant experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of investments technology, particularly in asset management and fixed income processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements gathering and documentation process, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business goals.
- Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the effective implementation of solutions.
- Apply Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 11+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
- Experience with Municipal bond trading, portfolio management, or Fixed Income Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) business processes.
- Familiarity with investment tools, especially Perform, is highly desirable.
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies, including developing epics, themes, user stories, supplementary requirements, and business rules.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis and data mapping.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
