Job Description:
- Have at least five years of experience in providing PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) Services to clients in the healthcare, research, or technology sectors.
- Have a proven history of delivering successful and measurable results for similar projects and campaigns.
- Have a team of qualified and skilled professionals that have supported other healthcare clients.
- Have proficiency in relevant tools, platforms, and resources.
- Articulate and execute transparent pricing structure and billing method, and provide receipts itemized for bill of goods for the timeline of the RFP active status. Proposals will be financed out based on the deliverables and the completion based on respondent’s execution strategy to deliver the bill of goods.
- Has ability to provide information on the availability of resources and the typical lead time for assigning new resources to projects.
- Can describe the provider’s standard onboarding process, including steps from contract signing to resource deployment.
- Describes how the provider manages urgent or expedited onboarding requests and the mechanisms in place for quick resource allocation.
- Has fallback procedures and contingency plans in case of delays or issues during onboarding.
- Have experience with resolving any onboarding issues that arise, including timelines for addressing and resolving these issues.
- Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the projects according to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing the project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
- Preparing and maintaining the project documentation, such as project charter, project plan, status reports, risk register, change log, etc.
- Facilitating the communication and collaboration among the project team, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Gathering, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting the business requirements and specifications
- Conducting the business process mapping, modeling, and improvement
- Performing the gap analysis, feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development
- Assisting the testing, training, and implementation of the project deliverables
- Evaluating the project outcomes and benefits realization
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
