The Measurement Product Team is responsible for setting strategy and building products for Marketing Tag-Based Collection & Quality and Paid Media Analytics. As a Business Analyst on a digital product scrum team aligned to Clickstream Data Products, you will serve as a liaison between the business client and technical organization. Responsibilities will be in planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic digital solutions. Responsibilities will include gathering data and requirements from paid marketing campaigns and working with internal partners based on identified marketing needs leveraging Google or Adobe Analytics or comparable tools.
In this role, you will:
+ Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily standups, lead refinement sessions, author/refine user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives.
+ Work closely with Product Owner and/or LOB, to understand prioritization of stories, and to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
+ Produce business requirement artifacts – including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Supplemental (Non- Functional) Specifications– for complex capabilities.
+ Lead refinement sessions with a cross-functional team to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes.
+ Apply new processes and capabilities, which may include Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Service Virtualization, Micro-services, API.
+ Work directly with all levels across the organization including senior management and be considered the highest-level functioning expert.
+ Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.
+ Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
+ Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
+ Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
+ Independently resolve complex issues.
+ Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
+ Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward
+ 2+ years Agile experience with requirements management/Agile tools such as Agile JIRA, JIRA Align, Enterprise Architect, JAMA, Confluence
+ 2+ years supporting paid media marketing analyst using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
+ 3+ years in tag implementation processes and deployment using tools such as Adobe Tag, Google Tag Manager or Tealium IQ
+ 2+ years in tag data quality management and improvement using tools including or similar to QA2L
+ Ability to produce user stories, write acceptance criteria using Gherkin Syntax (Given/When/Then), use cases and UML (Unified Modeling Language)
+ Financial services industry experience
+ Experience writing for digital platforms including: internet, mobile, and tablet technology
+ Experience eliciting or consuming mobile/multi-device requirements
+ Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
