As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will utilize your in-depth analytical skills to provide accurate, complete, timely, and insightful reports and analysis to support business management in decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing models, processes, and tools necessary to prioritize, monitor, and report on organizational performance. Additionally, you will play an active role in programs aimed at enhancing governance, driving innovative projects, and supporting effective decision-making. As a senior member of the team, you will conduct complex analyses to provide accurate insights and work cross-functionally to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to educate stakeholders on effectively using your models and tools.
Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $30-40/per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement processes and tools that enhance governance, aiming for increased revenues, cost avoidance, and expedited market entry.
- Query and summarize data from systems such as JDE, Oracle, CRM, and other corporate platforms.
- Ensure data stewardship and governance of Supply Chain master data management.
- Establish strategies, tools, and SOPs to prioritize investment decisions and demonstrate project progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with directors, managers, and team members to keep projects on track.
- Track and report on project progress, utilizing standard methods and procedures to monitor critical project blockers and communicate issues to stakeholders.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly trend and activity reports, ensuring they meet scheduled timelines for review by management teams.
- Collaborate with functional teams to improve complex data pipelines and address issues as they arise.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and develop reports that meet functional expectations.
- Work with the Coupa platform across Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Five or more years of experience in supply chain management, business intelligence, financial and operational reporting.
- Extensive experience in requirements gathering, scope drafting, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on time.
- Functional understanding of supply chain business processes, including sourcing, procurement, item master, contract management, and supplier management.
- Strong foundational knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively on multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Expertise in summarizing large volumes of complex data into management reports.
- Knowledge of JDE, Oracle, and other data analysis and financial ERP tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of anomalies.
- Proficiency in writing reports using various software tools and advanced analytical languages.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work well under pressure.
- Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented mentality.
