The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $69,807 to $110,222 additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst performs analysis of Business Data Requirements, Functional Specifications and Software Requirements. Provides planning, execution, testing and training for new and updated systems/applications. Also performs data analysis, data mapping, and reporting.
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Finance or related field. Equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience in software application implementations/upgrades/database reporting may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 2 years of experience creating test plans and conducting user acceptance testing; database structure and management, or with project management; analytical experience utilizing business intelligence tools; data analysis, business requirement gathering and developing reports or spreadsheets.
- Experience in data analysis, business requirement gathering and developing reports or spreadsheets.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Understanding of project management Project Life Cycle.
Preferences:
- Banking or Financial Institution experience.
