Business Analyst - Smartsheet Analyst (Hybrid) - JBL Resources

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

• Designing and reviewing all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.
• Facilitating meetings with process owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Developing supporting materials to facilitate requirement building such as sample dashboards and user journey maps.
• Translating business requirements into user stories for the development team.
• Working with the development team to continuously refine the documented requirements.
• Developing procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered.
• Working with onsite and offshore developers to provide insight on business requirements and functional design.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in use of formulas and functions in Excel, Smartsheet.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to help end users from cross functional teams to efficiently use the Smartsheet Application for their business needs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
