Job Summary: The Business Analyst will conduct business process analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Will prepare functional and system specifications and work on complex project requirements independently.

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will conduct business process analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Will prepare functional and system specifications and work on complex project requirements independently.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Uses application concepts, project management concepts and knowledge of system structures and design to provide guidance to Business Users requesting functional changes or enhancements.
- Gathers system requirements for complex enhancements.
- Should have previous experience on identifying and defining integration needs with different applications like Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.
- Previous experience working on Customer Portal and Knowledge Management
- Develop and document User requirements in Rally
- Develops and documents test plans and assist in creating test case
- Develop SOPs, training material etc.
- Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
- Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits)
- Agile and Iterative experience
- Works with IT Department to design and develop system capabilities.
- Support functional team with UAT testing.
- Should assist in Data Migration and defining deployment activities.
Skills and Experiences:
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud and Service Max
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience defining system requests and writing functional documentation.
- Ability to gather, relates, and assesses data and provides recommendations by applying business knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent skills in Requirements, Process and design, test scripts documentation and test execution
- Good Understanding of the CRM process and interaction between CRM and ERP systems
