Job Description:
Assisting customers work through DNA capabilities and develop test cases
PLANT DNA OOTB
Program PLANT is modernizing the existing Mainframe Loan Servicing and Loan Accounting systems for the AgriBank district. The team must modernize to provide a parity or parity + experience to end users. The Core of the new platform will be a Client product known as DNA. We have a team supporting the testing of DNA out of the box (OOTB) capabilities. The BA for this team will need to document the desired testing scenarios and ensure the required data is available in the DNA instances to execute said tests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with customers to identify and enhance DNA testing use cases
• Record customer asks and tests in product backlog
• Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
• Potentially write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)
• Sit as a proxy for the PO/Team Lead when needed
• QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT

Required Basic Qualifications:
- Must have expert knowledge navigating & executing Client DNA features
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience building test plans and coordinating with environment managers
- Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
- Story writing in Agile formats
- Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
- Previously experience in Loan Servicing or Loan Accounting
- Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit
Additional Qualifications:
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Well organized, an acute attention to detail
- Visionary – One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand
- ADO experience a plus
