Job Description:
- Collaborate with business users, IT SMEs, vendors, Scrum team and create Product backlog/user-stories and Sprints backlog using Agile Scrum Methodology
- Hold and facilitate Backlog refinements/requirements gathering workshops. Create supporting documentation and route for approvals. Input and manage user requirements. Work as a Delegate of Product Owner
- Collaborate with business and IT Business Partner to create Acceptance Criteria for each user-story part of Sprint Planning session. Create User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy, approach and plan
- Define how integrations will be tested and what data/infrastructure is necessary to test
- 5+ years of experience with Agile, Business Analysis and Test support
- Experience working in team-based environment
- Ability to project manage effectively
