Responsibilities
Business Analyst: Candidate will be responsible to learn Call Center requirements and take knowledge transfer to UAT and deploy iMedical Phase1B project. This project includes fulfillment functionality that includes new technologies (SDoc, DrawLoop and PrintNode). BA will be responsible to become subject matter expert in these business capabilities.
Independent Quality: Candidate will be responsible to support responses to regulatory audit findings. Tasks will include creating and updating SOPs and Work Instructions, performing periodic reviews of SOPs and WIs related to business process and system integrations. Candidate will be asked to quickly learn existing platform governance SOPs and WIs and contribute to solutions and responses to audit observations.

Experience level
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of IT professional experience is required.
- Working knowledge of service operations in Life Sciences and/or GxP preferred.
- Experience with CRM, SFDC, Veeva or other GxP system is preferred.
Primary Skills Needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Experience writing user stories, requirements and test scripts required
- Quality Documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions strongly preferred.
Secondary /Functional/Reporting Skills Needed
- Candidate must possess ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains.
- Candidate must possess strong technical aptitude. Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking /problem solving methodologies. Six Sigma, Lean Thinking or A3 certifications a plus.
- Candidate must possess ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
