About the Job
The Work:
The Business Analyst for our production support team may provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements. The Analyst may:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve end user issues to ensure continuity of business operations
- Responsible for the overall management of specific task assignments, ensuring that the technical solutions and assigned schedules are promptly completed.
- Provide the client technical support, over the phone/Skype and email.
- Provide end user training on use of new and legacy applications
- High level of written communication and documentation skills
- Document solutions clearly and accurately so that resolutions are pushed to the lowest level.
- Documents and tracks customer incidents and requests, updating troubleshooting and resolution efforts, and efficiently escalating tickets to appropriate teams when applicable
- Is responsible for receiving and tracking the trouble tickets, assigns them to a technical specialist (could be themselves or someone else) for action and ensures that their tickets are resolved, and closed out with the customer and in the system.
Here's what you need:
- Experience with requirements gathering and decomposition, business and/or system and process design, development and/or automation testing
- Experience working in an agile environment (preferred, SAFe)
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Top Secret Requirement
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience working on enterprise-scale information technology projects
- Ability to function in a fast-paced collaborative environment and work independently

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
