Salary Range:
•Typical hiring range for high cost of living locations (DC/CA/NYC): $82,500 - $110,000
•Typical hiring range for all other locations: $70,125 - $93,500
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team and serve as the key business liaison between the operational units and information technology, ensuring that all processes, functional requirements, and projects are aligned with organizational strategies. The successful candidate will have a strategic focus with a proven ability to analyze, design and optimize processes utilizing KPIs, metrics, SharePoint, Asana, and other technologies.
The BA/PM’s primary focus is to develop process flow mapping of inputs and outputs by business line; manage projects under the direction of the Vice President of IT; track and develop performance metrics across the business continuum; make recommendations following best practices; work closely with the Salesforce team aligning them to functional needs. This position supports operations on EST timezone.
Essential Functions
Business Process Innovation:
Liaise between various business departments and groups
Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
Create process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Propose and design technical and process solutions to meet business needs.
Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Identify automation opportunities
Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Project Management:
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and then translate those into strategies and milestones
Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization
Develop presentations for Senior Leadership and business units
Influence stakeholders to support business projects
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability
Qualifications (Licenses, Certifications, Education Related Experience, technology)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Systems or related field
Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
Must have experience in technical requirements for CRM development; Salesforce experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
Extensive experience with data visualization
High proficiency in technical writing
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Deep understanding of Business and Data analysis
Experience in managing multiple projects at a time
Experience in change management
Analytical and able to problem solve effectively and pivot as needs change
Strong communicator and able to effectively translate operational need to functional requirement
Able to multi-task and prioritize based on operational need
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and/or Cognos.

Travel Requirements
This position requires overnight domestic travel less than 25% of the time
