About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for wealth management processes, systems, and tools.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing wealth management workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze wealth management data and generate insights to support decision-making for stakeholders and senior management.
Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis between current and proposed systems/processes and recommend solutions for bridging the gaps.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with wealth management systems.
Project Support: Assist in managing projects related to the implementation or enhancement of wealth management products and services.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
User Testing & Training: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to business users.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
