Salary Range: $120k-$140k/Annum + Benefits



Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the capital markets and banking domain, specifically with deep expertise in Issuer Services and Debt Markets.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the financial sector, with a particular focus on debt instruments, corporate trust, and issuer services.

• Conduct in-depth business analysis for capital markets projects, specifically in issuer services and debt products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze market trends, regulations, and business needs to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in capital markets or investment banking.
• Extensive experience in Issuer Services and Debt Markets.
• Proven ability to manage complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, market structures, and debt instruments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
