About the Job
Required Skills:
- Participate in weekly Production deployment validation and deployment in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment.
- Install and upgrade packages as required in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment.
- Help with user maintenance activities.
- Analyze business requirements by collaborating with different teams, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Work with Release management team for cutovers representing Platform team.
- Help with any maintenance activities where Platform team is involved.
- Help with troubleshooting of any deployment issues under platform team's purview.
- Help with any automation requirement for deployment.
- Participate in any data migration activities for the D365 environments.
- Experience in Salesforce + CPQ is good to have
