Technical Skills:
• Software proficiency:
o Required: Excel

• Familiarity with software development methodologies, e.g., Agile Development
• Ability to create detailed requirement documentation, including business requirements, functional requirements, use cases and user stories as needed
• Ability to develop a detailed gap analysis of business requirements to current state solutions and other 3rd party solutions as identified
• Understanding of APIs and other data exchange protocols to identify system interface requirements
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, e.g., business owners, dependent workstream owners, program management, IT subject matter experts, etc.
• Active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of end users and translate them into business requirements
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirement documentation and gap analysis
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques for interpreting business conversations into clear and concise business requirements
• Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional workstreams and business owners, e.g., Advisor Experience, Trading, Compliance, Risk and Supervision
• Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and due dates
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities
• Understanding of Financial Services Industry and the financial systems and concepts

• Experience in Finance, Banking, Wealth Management
• Understanding of Compliance Applications, e.g., Trade Review, AML, ECM/PTA and PPG
