Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

Business architecture ensures alignment with business strategies and drivers and integrates the project and program strategies across multiple programs and projects. You will be responsible for defining business capability models, mapping value streams, and aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy to ensure results-oriented deliverables
• Develop traceability to business strategic goals and map measurable metrics to provide ongoing governance
• Lead, build, and manage business capability model to enable the longer-term roadmap
• Analyze to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvements, systems enhancements, user training, or software procurement
• Develop and maintain the key Business Architecture deliverables
• Ensure compliance with business architecture standards. Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles and leverage common solutions and services
• Creating business architecture models demonstrating how solutions, software products, operations, and systems interoperate within the organization
• Works closely with Domain architects and leaders to develop domain roadmaps
• Works closely with solution and technical architects to deliver business architecture artifacts
• Review project documentation as requested to ensure it meets standards, is horizontally integrated and fulfills the process strategy of the organization
• Business Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
• 10+ years of experience working in business or enterprise architecture and/or business analysis
• Experience working with business process modeling tools
• Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects
• Experience with Knowledge of HR business processes specifically for and Department of Defense
• Experience of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location

United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
