About the Job
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Process Architect.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a must
- Experience creating current (as-is) and target state (to-be) business process models using any of the following modeling tools:
- ARIS
- Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
- LeanIX
- BiZZdesign
- Orbus iServer
- Troux
- IBM Rational System Architect
- Planview Enterprise One
- Visual Paradigm
- Signavio
- Experience in process discovery by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous environment and bring clarity to team with well-defined target state processes
- Ability to translate target state into business requirement for implementation.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Experience working as a Product Owner is plus
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills
- Experience working in onsite- offshore model
- Experience working in time critical, fast paced environment
- Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a must
