About the Job
- Provide administrative support functions, including preparing reports, documents, emails, spreadsheets, presentations, manage calendars, appointments, meetings, events, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Gather, compose, track, tabulate, organize, and report information that may be critical or sensitive.
- Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the operation unit serviced.
Requirements
- Seeking candidates with PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, and Teams as well as SharePoint experience.
- Three-five years related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to work with all levels of an organization and as a member of a team.
- Carefully follows written and/or verbal directions, asks for clarification when necessary.
- Experience working in a changing, fast-paced, professional corporate environment.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, time-sensitive projects and maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred experience in managing a SharePoint communications site, Peoplesoft, training support and ability to write copy.
- Three-five years related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
