Job Description:
- The attorney will be working on broad-based corporate transactional matters, including entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, financing, real estate, etc.
- This role will involve drafting corporate contracts and real estate documents.
- The attorney hired for this position will work directly with law firm partners.
The Successful Applicant:
- Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm.
- JD from an accredited law school with top academic credentials.
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar.
- Extremely well presented, client-facing, excellent communication skills.
- A strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with a team.
- Excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects across various disciplines.
