Description
The Business Banking Digital Specialist has overall responsibility to provide sales support for new and existing clients. Digital Specialists will partner closely with Treasury Sales Specialists and Corporate Payment Specialists to build and strengthen client relationships.
Primary responsibilities include:
+ Orchestration of the client onboarding experience. This includes providing demos, basic training instruction on our online portals such as Cash Flow Essentials, accessOPTIMA, and CentreSuite.
+ Overseeing the onboarding process to deliver the best overall client experience from start to finish, such as pre-training preparation and communicating expectations to clients, and follow-ups during the implementation process.
+ Liaison to assist with post training needs ensure customer satisfaction and adoption to use. Promote and educate clients on the benefits of our digital banking products and services, ensuring they are fully aware of the tools available to them.
+ Check in calls with client to identify if the digital solution meets their needs, as well as usage/spend and adoption of the solutions provided.
+ Quickly and efficiently resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring a seamless banking experience. Work with internal partners to provide timely solutions to client inquiries.
+ Provide support directly to clients in absence of Treasury Sales Specialists and/or Corporate Payment Specialists.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in business banking, sales support, or a related role.
+ Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
+ Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Demonstrate ability to influence and negotiate with external and internal customers.
+ Ability to stay organized in a high paced environment.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
+ Knowledge in Salesforce.
Education and Certifications
+ BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
Hours and Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 40
+ Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
