Business Clinical Manager - Serenity Healthcare

PM (Business Clinical Manager)

As a Business Clinical Manager at Serenity Healthcare, you will help lead a clinic, educate patients, and dramatically improve people’s lives.

• Manage an independent clinic staff 
• Assist with hiring and training 
• Hold staff and providers accountable to key metrics that measure our patient outcomes 
• Educate patients about cutting-edge therapies

What we’re looking for 

• GED or HS diploma 
• At least 3 years of management experience – healthcare experience not required 
• Willingness to own the outcomes of your clinic and step in to help out as needed 
• Ability to manage staff to metrics that will help our patients heal 
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
