In this role, you will be responsible for handling business-to-business collections, managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Review open accounts for collection efforts and perform timely follow-up.
• Conduct outbound collection calls professionally to maintain and improve customer relations.
• Address and resolve billing issues and account delinquencies.
• Monitor assigned accounts according to company policies and guidelines.
• Process payments as needed, ensuring collection aligns with payment terms.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable or business collections.
• Skills: Fluent in Spanish; strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access).
