Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Business Consultant - Organizational Change Management, Prosci Certified to join their team. As a Business Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management team supporting enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving organizational change, leading technology adoption programs, and managing Sales excellence programs which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Business Consultant - Organizational Change Management, Prosci Certified **Location:** **(Remote)** **Pay Range:** 100.00-110.00/hr **What's the Job?** + Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) solution architecture design and deployment for enterprise customers across all industries. + Lead OCM delivery teams and customer meetings across the LATAM, United States, and Canada. + Understand and drive to achieve customer and business outcomes. + Experience with M365 Copilot. + Provide recommendations on how a company could reach their goals, improve sales, or increase success rates. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years' experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role. + Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci is REQUIRED.
