About the Job
Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Bilingual Business Consultant/Prosci Certified Organizational Change Mgmt Architect to join their team. As a Business Consultant, you will be part of the Consulting Services supporting the Organizational Change Management team. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in French and English, have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving organizational change.

**Location:** (Remote)
**Pay Range:** $100.00- $110.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide customer-facing, OCM lead services to client's enterprise customers across all industries
+ Design and deploy Organizational Change Management (OCM) solutions for technologies
+ Lead OCM delivery teams and customer meetings across LATAM, United States, and Canada
+ Understand and drive to achieve customer and business outcome
+ Experience leading technology adoption programs focused on M365 copilot, Data & AI, Azure, and/or Dynamics (CRM/ERP).
+ Experience selling consulting services or managing Sales excellence programs
+ Experience communicating, influencing and managing expectations with C-level executives
**What's Needed?**
+ BS, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years' experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role
+ **Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci is REQUIRED. NO exceptions**
+ Professional experience in driving organizational change
+ Experience in organizational change management consulting
+ Lead a change team delivering a change program to support enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs
+ Experience selling consulting services or managing Sales excellence programs
+ Experience communicating, influencing and managing expectations with C-level executives
+ Certification or accreditation (one or more of the following preferred): Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - from the ACMP, Human Synergistics Certified Accredited Practitioner - from Human Synergists International, Foundation Change Agent Certification - from Changefirst, Change Management Practitioner Certification - from APMG International
