Are you prepared to measure and report financial impacts according to KONE accounting standards? **Location of position:** Flexible within California, Montana, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. **JOB DUTIES** **Analyze and report on the financial performance.** + Ensure that key reporting principles, internal controls, and correct costing parameters as defined by IAS, General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), KARI, KAS and Financial Control Model (FCM) have been implemented and followed. + Ensure the correctness of managerial reporting including volume reporting (OR and sales), financial reporting (RE50 and R80), performance KPI's (P2P pre vs. post calc., hours/floor), contract profitability. + Assure the correctness of managerial information (including order book, WIP, stock, provisions, accruals, etc.) + Monitor, track and verify project sales, costs and CMII in the Order Book + Analyze and understand the weekly/monthly actual performance of the business, as well as the deviations compared to planned (BUD /FCS) performance. + Generate accurate monthly closeout reports and projections for profits and losses through facilitation of the plan management (PM) meetings.
