Job Title: Business Coordinator
Location: Rancho Cordova
Classification: Full-Time, M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary:
The BUSINESS COORDINATOR plays a significant role in the achievement of Opti-Fit’s business goals and objectives. The person in this role must show a high level of pride and proficiency in their work, be flexible and eager to support all business functions while prioritizing safety, quality and on-time delivery with a continuous improvement mindset – always striving to reduce waste, improve performance and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Office and Sales Support including AP, AR, Invoicing, Procurement.
- Executive administration duties including calendar management, communication, correspondence and documentation control.
- Human Resources administrative onboarding, training, development and record keeping support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management.
- Degree in accounting, finance preferred.
- Must have a valid CA Driver’s License.
- Must be able to communicate with sales team and operations partners in a positive and solution-based mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Netsuite, or ability to learn Netsuite quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
