Job Description:

Bachelor's Degree
4+ years database design/development using SQL including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and an understanding of core database structures (i.e. keys, dimensional models, slowly changing dimensions)
4+ years' experience as a business/reporting analyst for CRM, data warehousing and/or business intelligence projects
Demonstrated ability to model business requirements into both relational and star-schema / snowflake data structures
Knowledge of data warehousing architectures, ETL tools (Ascential), ERD toolkits (ERwin) and business intelligence tools (i.e. Business Objects)
Ability to perform detailed data analysis, i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples
Experience leading and facilitating requirements and analysis meetings, including resolution of conflicts over data and business rule definitions
Ability to work in a team based environment

Experience with business applications with a strong statistics background is a plus.
Strong business process and system analysis knowledge.
Strong project and task management, and issue resolution experience.
Strong communication, coordination, meeting facilitation experience.
Strong system knowledge of SAP CRM
Strong cross-functional team player, ability to work effectively with technical, business, internal and external supplier contacts.
Self-starter, results driven, with a process improvement focus.
Demonstrated capability in process analysis and process improvement techniques.
Exposure to business processes related to Information Quality Management, including customer data governance, stewardship, and cleansing methodologies.
Creativity in suggesting solutions.
Experience in the testing phase of a development project
