Job description:
- The Junior Specialist is responsible for Technical Operations within DHB Provider Operations Unit. The Junior Specialist will: to Play an active role partnering with business leaders and teams to understand and drive technology/information requirements through internal and external service providers to achieve the required technology and information capacities to Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective implementation of new and existing processes and functionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data Management/Credentials Verificaion Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to include planning, requirements, prioriza on, Customer Service Requests, service ckets, File Maintenance Requests, defects, training, and tes ng.
- To Par cipate and collabora on with other workgroups to collect and analyze data; assist with tes ng and valida on of data and business processes; evaluate file layouts, risks of modifica ons, and downstream impacts to other systems; u lize systems to holis cally research, iden fy and resolve errors with data transmission; priori ze needs of Provider Opera ons. Par cipa on in crea ng and maintaining Provider Opera ons repor ng and dashboarding.
- To serve as a primary point of contact for the change control and technical processes used by Provider Opera ons Assist with other projects and ac vi es as needed

- To Broad understanding of an array of Informa on technologies and their uses.
- Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data reports
- Proven ability in establishing and maintaining effec ve working rela onships with internal and external stakeholders.
