As a Business Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and deliver data-driven solutions to complex business problems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from various internal and external sources.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and provide insights.
• Translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Create automated reporting solutions to streamline data analysis.
• Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with business units to define data requirements and objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
