In support of the AMS TikTok LIVE Operations Team, the Business Data Analytics Lead, TikTok will be responsible for building and scaling a content and user insights function that supports leadership business decision velocity and accuracy
This role will cover the wide gamut of business insights, including the development of content strategy, data storytelling, creator & user segmentation, trends extraction, data interpretation, and insights generation.Responsibilities- Design and perform analysis that uncovers content and user insights necessary for making key business decisions- Develop creator and community segmentation and analyis that leads to strategic plans that drive engagement and connection across TikTok LIVE creators and their audiences- Build content reports to help discover and identify new trends in the content ecosystem- Help define new success criteria and new growth areas for current and future content creators- Manage a team of direct and indirect data analysts that provide operational insights to the various content and business functions of AMS TikTok LIVE- Integrate with central and XFN DA/DS functions to represent AMS teamQualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelors degree in science or engineering fields- 5+ years of experience working in content insights, data analysis, or business intelligence; 3+ years of managing teams- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, such as SQL- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sensitive / high profile initiativesPreferred Qualifications- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture - Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends and metrics---TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives
