Family members of a First Atlantic member can also belong.What we are looking for:FAFCU is currently seeking Part-Time Temporary Data Analyst. We are looking for someone with proven working experience as a detail-oriented data analyst with strong follow up skills or business data analyst. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation. Strong analytical and database management skills with an understanding of the interdependencies among data, the ability to collect, organize analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have experience with building an analytical database to capture, manipulate, analyze and reconcile loan and other financial based data for ALLL [Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses] and CECL [Current Expected Credit Loss] projects, as well as other ad-hoc financial based projects. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 10 months. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics or related field. Two or more years' experience in data analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience and strong Microsoft Office PC skills.The Data Analyst will:Complete corrective action on coding errors and other data-related problems to resolve data issues between applications.Develop workpapers and documentation that support projects.Effectively and comprehensively research, analyze and reconcile loan and other financial based data for internal projects.Strategically partner with leadership by leveraging analytics and insights Understand business needs and translate data-based insights into actionable project initiatives.Mine data from appropriate system and perform appropriate analysis on data.
