Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with prospects and clients, keeping them updated and informed.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
- Attend prospect and client meetings and assist in the management of ongoing projects.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are on track.
- Develop timelines and roadmaps to execute on deliverables efficiently.
- Ensure all team members are prepared and briefed to meet client expectations.
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Support the leadership team in refining business development processes.
Communication & Documentation
- Prepare and manage essential documents, such as contracts, timelines, and client briefs.
- Provide clear communication with prospects, clients and internal teams to ensure alignment throughout the engagement process.

The Person
- You are a team player with strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- You are a confident communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in client/account management, project management, or marketing.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and time management tools.
- A BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or Public Relations is preferred.
- The ability to work in person at our Minneapolis office (near 494 and France Avenue) is a must.
