About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Assist with company business development management and administration tasks as assigned using CRM tool
- Responsible for entering opportunities into CRM tool and guiding through contract process keeping CRM tool updated in a timely manner.
- Manage business development opportunities from gate to gate within the CRM tool.
- Act as point of contact for status updates on all opportunities in CRM.
- Research new and upcoming business development opportunities using government websites
- Assist with government contract compliance and administration activities
- Review and report contract/project status and benchmarking, with extensive knowledge of various types of contracts and agreements
- Create and analyze reports from information captured in CRM tool and present findings and updates to executives
- Work on multiple project deliverables from conception through completion with a focus on cost, expenditures
- Schedule and monitor project performance to include coordination of resources (internal, vendors, etc.)
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Perform initial, interim, and final contract cost and risk analysis
- Communicate all deliverable status updates and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership
- Assist with development of government contract proposals
- Assist with management reporting tasks
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working directly with customer stakeholders
- Ability to obtain up to Top Secret Clearance
