POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team at Beach Getaways in Orange Beach, AL. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support to the Business Development Manager and broker, ensuring the smooth operation of our business development efforts. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for completing all assigned administrative tasks, following up with real estate agents for missing documents, and providing assistance to agents in completing Referral Fee related documentation. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor MLS for new listings and proactively reach out to agents to provide Rental Projections. Maintaining and organizing our CRM lead database will also be a key responsibility in this position.
We are looking for a collaborative individual who can work independently, effectively handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities, and maintain a professional appearance. Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes all administrative tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager or broker
- Follow up with RE agents for missing documents
- Provides assistance to the RE agents to complete all Referral Fee related documentation
- Monitor MLS for new listings and reach out to agents to provide Rental Projection
- Enter all leads info into company CRM to keep info current
- Source, organize and maintain CRM lead database

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $16 - $18
