Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new opportunities, focusing on revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and stay informed on trends.
- Client Engagement: Travel with senior leadership to client meetings, attend calls, and gain hands-on business knowledge. Demonstrate products with enthusiasm, passion, and persuasiveness.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance business development skills and product knowledge.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and prepare regular reports on performance.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience: Previous internships or experience in business development or sales are a plus
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be articulate, intelligent, and eager to learn
- Personal Attributes: Deep integrity, humility, strong work ethic, and a mission-driven mindset
- Travel: Willingness to travel and spend time on the road (30%-40%)
- Bonus: Extra-curricular experience or hands-on project experience is highly desirable
