Overview:
Ingersoll Auto of Danbury is seeking a dynamic and self motivated Service Business Development Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional phone etiquette, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound service calls to potential clients
- Provide support to the business development team
- Schedule appointments for clients looking to schedule their services
- Keep track of appointment scheduled and shown
- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Handle high volume calls
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual would be nice to have but not required.
- Experience in customer service roles.
Pay based on experience:
