Summary: Primarily responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
