The Nautilus Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized care for adolescents and adults seeking treatment for mental health and substance use disorder. Our approach integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, holistic approaches, and experiential therapies to support each client's unique journey toward recovery.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Business Development Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and compile and analyze competitive data within assigned geographical regions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and foster lasting relationships.
- Submit timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans, and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.
Business Development Director Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development is preferred, ideally in substance use treatment or behavioral health
