Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will support our efforts to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers on behalf of our clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their professional skills in business development and gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to members of the community through direct outreach initiatives
- Execute sales presentations customized to each individual customers needs
- Follow-up and assist customers through the entire enrollment process
- Assist fellow team members with various tasks
- Report and track all sales to senior management
- Problem solve to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- At least some college coursework preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Problem solving skills
- Motivated to learn and grow in a business environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field preferred but not required
