We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive with 10 to 12 years of proven success in software sales, preferably within the engineering domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives, client relationship management, and effective sales strategies.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to drive successful deal closures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant sales metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA in Sales preferred.
- Proven track record of 10 to 12 years of successful software sales experience, with a focus on the engineering domain.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, workflows, and software tools commonly used in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
