About the Job
A dedicated resource for expanding the TRC footprint with two key solutions in a variety of markets. The first solution is a recently acquired solution, NetCE. TRC doesn’t have the footprint and presence in the post-acute care space or in the associations where NetCE growth is expected. The second solution is a recent organically created solution, RxAdvanced. TRC will look to this person to help facilitate additional revenue from this solution and expand our footprint in the hospital space.
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieving revenue target
- Generate new leads with existing clients and prospects for RxAdvanced and NetCE
- Own the sales process from start to finish with NetCE and partner with TRC sales for RxAdvanced
- Map out existing clients and the potential add-on suggestions
- Gain proficiency in communicating RxAdvanced/NetCE value to prospects and be able to demo products as part of the sales process
- Familiarly with all TRC solutions
- Work with sales for demos, presentations on group clients
- Monitor and educate sales on competitors by keeping an updated repository and updating competitive intelligence on CRM
- Work with sales to standardize messaging, e-mail campaigns
- Provide feedback to TRC organization on product requests, functionality, etc. as a conduit to the organization
Planning and Reporting
- Direct report to the Senior Manager of Business Development
- Development of revenue goals and defining of specific objectives required to achieve goals
- Bi-weekly report on objective achievement
- Monthly reporting in accordance to standard format
- Utilize Salesforce.com, for sales opportunity distribution, tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Sales experience
- Proven track record of expanding revenues within existing accounts
- Ability to work full-time, independently, use solid judgement and create "client-ready" deliverables
- Professional attitude, presence and communications skills
- Comfortable with selling to C-Suite, Director of Pharmacy, and capable of getting relevant meetings across multiple call points within prospects required to be successful
- Collaborative approach working with internal subject matter experts
- Working knowledge of primary office tools, i.e.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing and leadership team at the company
- Demonstrated excellent verbal communications, written communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to utilize ancillary research tools to mine prospects and corporate contracts, i.e., Linkedin
- While we are not a start-up, a history of working, in this environment is a plus
Salary Range: $45,000-75,000
